I’m Eric, a product designer shaped by empathy, lived experience, and the communities that raised me.
Growing up in Queens exposed me to different cultures and ways of navigating the world. Being born hard of hearing taught me what it feels like to be overlooked, and it also taught me to notice the moments when people feel supported. That perspective guides how I design today.
I started my career in logistics, where I learned how products really work behind the scenes. Later, as a UX/UI designer at an AI startup, I shipped 0→1 experiences, built design systems, and shaped products that balanced clarity, efficiency, and accessibility.
Now I focus on creating tools that feel intuitive and human for people who move through the world differently. I value fairness, thoughtful collaboration, and making sure no one feels out of place when using the products we build.

MY CORE VALUES

Listen deeply to understand others.
I pay attention to the details people don’t always voice, because real empathy starts with real listening.

Create experiences where everyone feels included.
I design with the goal of making sure no one feels out of place, especially those who are often overlooked.

Let real life guide design decisions.
I ground my work in lived experience, not assumptions, so the things I build actually meet people where they are.
